I don't know what just happened, but my MM was at 70% battery life and literally 2 minutes later it says the batteries are critically low and were at 17%. Has anyone else experienced this at all, and if so, do you know what caused it? Thanks in advance!

Take it back and exchange it , I did with CompUSA and went through 3 of them , brand new battery's drained in less than 4 days, Not on my budget

sounds like a problem... i bought my imac and W MM in september and still on the original batteries! the (5 green bars have dropped to 4)

it gets probably 3~4 hours usage a day FYI.

Cheers

Andy..

Mine is the opposite... I accidentally left it turned on (the little trapdoor thing was open) in my laptop bag and I assumed it had died... but I turned my macbook on and found it was still at 4 out of 5 green battery blocks. :)
