I have an eMac and a Logitech Mx700 wireless mouse. Sometimes after waking up from sleep mode, the mouse wont work. I have to unplug the usb connection, then plug it back again for it to start working again. Sometimes it wont work at all and I have to turn the power off. This happened with my MS wireless mouse too. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

hit escape on the keyboard.

i think what it is that os x turns off mouse reponse in sleep mode. the only way to wake it up is with the keyboard. at least on the laptops, because it save more power only to have the keyboard waiting for the signal rather than having powered all the input devices powered and waiting you to use them.
