Wireless Mouse Question

Just started using a G7 Logitech on my MBP (Penryn). Mouse works fine until I start downloading. While downloading, the pointer gets jittery. So jittery that it is unusable. Mouse pointer will disappear and re-appear in a random spot, so frustrating.

Anybody experiencing this with a solution?
