Wireless N Macbook Pro Bootcamp Issue

I currently own a uMBP. When i run vista on my bootcamp and check my wireless speed it's only at 54mbps!(Signal strength is excellent) My router is N enabled, however when i configure it to N only instead of mix... my mbp will not be able to connect. So how do i configure my mbp wireless card to N? much help is appreciated ! thanks
