This has got me stumped. Any help is appreciated.
I just moved into a new place and signed up for Comcast HSI. I have a black MacBook (circa 2007), a newer iMac, and a Linksys WRT150N router.
Before I moved, everything was fine - normal transmission speeds with both machines (Time Warner cable). Now, my MacBook only achieves 563 kbs down and 1582 kbs up (?), while my iMac gets 10000+ kps down and 2000+ kps up.
What could be causing this? None of my Linksys settings have changed... "mixed" network, normal band. I've tried different channels to no avail.
