I have a friend whose having some issues with his wireless internet on his macbook pro. He's tried everything even called Apple support and said that there is no solution to the problem? Any help? Its urgently needed.
He has a previous gen 15" Macbook Pro. When he launches Safari it either displays the blank page with a ? or prompts him and says weak signal and takes forever to load a page.
What kind of wireless router does your friend have? If there a lot of routers in your area with wireless broadcasting or if your friend uses a cordless phone or other device that communicates on the 2.4 GHz wireless spectrum that could potentially cause some issues. Try changing the channel on the router and make sure that the router isn't in the basement or anything like that where the signal could be dampened.
