Wireless set up with dial-up

I have a quesiton about how i should set up my wireless internet. I'm stuck with dial-up internet, and it seems like most the wireless routers don't have modems except for the airport exteme, which seems expensive. I have a gateway PC, I ordered a new iBook G4 a couple days ago, and my little brother has a G3 iBook from school. I don't want to have my PC allways connected if possible. Any sugestions about the best cost effective setup? Thanks
