Just incase other people's instructions arn't clear enough, this is how i got both wireless and sound working in vista.

First extract the mac drivers like so many other gudies say.

Then for wireless: ( this is what i did )

go to control pannel, then add new hardware, choose " install manually from list " click next, then choose network adapter, click next, click have disk and then navigate to the 'net 5416' folder and click ok and click next for the artheros driver and install. It should install this driver but still say the device is not working. So now go back to control pannel, go to device manager and under 'other devices' right click network controller and update driver, and tell it to use windows update/check online, this automatically installed the wireless driver for me and now i have wireless!! :D

For sound:

go to the extracted drivers folder, and install both the realtek AND sigmatel setups, then restart and it worked perfectly.! :D
