Wireless Sync to PC

Well, I was wondering if anyone could help. I don't know how to set up wireless syncing on a PC. Shouldn't I only have to download iTunes 10.5 beta 2, plug in my iPhone and click the option that allows it? Thanks for the help!

Yes, I have a Mac, but it's still on Mac OS X 10.5.8. Basically to simplify my question, is there a specific Windows OS, like Windows 7, that is needed to do wireless sync? Thanks!

Its only working currently for Mac and not PC.
