Why do we need wireless syncing if we have icloud? Explain it please?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPod; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

Movies. And other stuff that can't go on iCloud.

iCloud shares purchased items with your computer and other iDevices. Not everyone buys their music from iTunes and not everyone will want to use the service. Just tried it out and I have to say it's pretty cool. I bought a song on my PC and within a minute all of my devices had it automatically
