My brother was using an original iMac running 10.3 as one of his computers, so I picked up a refurbished G4 Tower at Goodwill at a great price to replace it. It works great so far, but he'd like to put it in a room where we don't have a wired ethernet connection.

We had used a Belkin FSD7050 USB adapter on the old iMac. It worked fine. I've tried everything I can, but it will not work on 10.4.11 (both on the G4 tower or my G4 iBook).

So, my question is: What is a good - preferrably inexpensive - USB adapter that will work with 10.4.11?

Thanks for the help!

Another option with those Power Mac towers is to get a PCI wifi card. You can find old Linksys PCI 802.11g cards cheap and I've had good luck with them.
