I have 2 iMacs that have not built in wireless lan and I would like to buy usb keys for the Macs so I can connect to my wireless internet router.

What should I buy? The Thomson key supplied with my internet connection isn´t Mac compatible and I need something that works for the Macs....the cheaper the better....

Cheers!

Willy

i believe d-link makes some good wireless receivers (example). i don't know of any others, but i've had nothing but success with d-link.

buy some dlink dwl-122's off ebay. been proven to work over and over again, but their only 802.11b

I'm not sure if this is still a problem -- but for a while these shipped with horrible drivers that would drop a network and cause a Kernel Panic after about five minutes. Be sure to get the appropriate (updated) drivers from Dlink's site before you plug these in or use them :)
