Hi guys i really need your help. I have a airport extreme base station and with the ethernet cable plugged into my imac works fine with streaming youtube videos and is really fast. However when i go wireless and try streaming youtube videos to my ipad and iphone 4 (iOS devices) it does not stream basically, it takes forever and is very weak. I tried monitoring it using the speed test app and these are my results:

Im not very good and interpreting these things but shouldn't my wifi signal be somewhat regular and not fluctuate ?

Can some suggest a fix, i tried the usual procedures like reseting the modem, base station ect. I Also read somewhere that it has something to do with the built in youtube app. I tried it out and it somewhat is right, it streams really fast on low quality through the youtube website, while the app i assume automatically is set to a high quality default. IF this is the fix, how do i overcome it, so i can watch youtube videos wireless on high quality on my iphone 4 and ipad.

Please help me, i need to fix this for a academic connference !

Thanks

P.S Has anyone tried extending their airport base station network using a linksys router ??
