I just got my new Mac Pro and this is the first time I've used any wireless stuff. My neighbor and I are wanting to transfer files via Airport. He has his network setup and I can find it and use it to surf the net, but how to we connect to each others folders to transfer files? I'm on my Mac Pro and he's on a PC.

It's the same whether you're connected wirelessly or with a cable. You'll want to set up a network between the two.
