Wireshark error

I recently installed Wireshark for a class I was taking and deleted it when I was done. I now have a start-up error:
“/Library/StartupItems/ChmodBPF” has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.

I looked in the Library files but no file exist. I actually just want to delete the file as I do not have the app anymore. How can I fix this? Thanks, seminole612
