Like the title said, finally made it "home". Bought a hoddie, some pencils, 2 books, and a luggage tag.

Apples world headquarters is like my Mecca (I don't mean to offend any Muslim members). I have to go there at least once before I die. Post your pictures on a picasa or similar account, we'd love to see them!

Honestly, considering it's Apple and all... it'd be reasonable to expect some kind of architectural wonder really wouldn't it.

Did Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here" pop into anyone else's head upon seeing the thread title?

...No?
Not here. We've been completely inundated with the (lack of) news about a missing child in Portugal for the past two weeks, to the point where every news broadcast appears to be coming from outside a holiday apartment complex. I wouldn't mind if there actually was any development in the story whatsoever, but apart from the Portuguese police ripping down some old dear's villa because her son talked to reporters a bit much, there's absolutely nothing new information-wise.

Glad it wasn't. 1 Infinite Loop is a nice diversion. I didn't visit when we went to the Bay Area as I was under strict instructions that we weren't there on a Geekout :)

Damn life-partners

Needless to say, this was almost my ex-L-P. I mean, dynamicv, you have to set your priorities in a relationship. So now, it's on to SF Apple on Stockton, just because.....

No, but upon seeing the pictures, Joey Ramone's version of "What a Wonderful World" popped into my head. Because I used it as the music for the slideshow version of my pictures from the Mothership. :D

Always nice to visit the Mothership. I'll certainly miss the Campus Bash. :(
