With 2 Apple IDs on 1 iPhone, where is iOS game data stored?

I have 2 Apple ID's on my iPhone. One is for my iCloud account, the other is for App Store purchases and downloads.

So does anyone know which Apple ID my iOS game saved data is stored to? My iCloud Apple ID or my App Store Apple ID?

There are 2 different things: the data of "Game Center" is tied to your App Store Apple ID. While app data in general that games save is stored in iCloud, if the game uses iCloud. Then again, other games only store data locally, so the data would be in your backup (either iCloud or iTunes/Finder). So it really depends on the game.
