It is apparent I did not get good reload of Sequoia. The failed switch in the Keychron did not help. I have learned a valuable lesson I am going to adopt the Windows SOP wait at least a week to see how thing are going before doing a update.

I don't know suppose you tell all of us.

Right now I have turned off the Mac and I am waiting for 15.1?. I am presently on My PC. The iPhone and iPad are working OK but the Mac will work fine for awhile than everything will start hanging again, and that is what the error reports the Mac was sending to Apple called it. I sure wish we had an Apple store in Cheyenne. I would take this to a Genuis and have them do a complete format on it, but the nearest store is 100 miles away. This is old hat with my PC's but all of the security a Mac has, which I like, makes this a real PIA.

am not a mind-reader, so i asked you to clarify.

if you're running the 15.0 final release, call apple, get it sorted. if you read thru this forum, most ppl are running sequioa without issue (or, to be fair, with some issues). but it's running... anyway, good luck!

I have been on the phone with Apple for about 6 hours total. It is running, but hanging real bad.

I have everything set to Auto Update and Install. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for it to kick in. Longer sometimes. Apple purposely does that. I believe it was Craig that mentioned it. The Auto OS update install is designed to be much later in case they discover issues and then the fixed versions are pushed out.

That is excellent advice which is SOP over in the Windows world, but you have to have the Pro version and I always delayed updates for 2 weeks. I set it so the malware updates were checked everyday.

I got into the update now thing with the iPhones. It is funny I shut this machine down overnight, about 18 hours. I switched over to my PC. Wow is Windows 11 bloated crappola. Windows idea of Widgets might as well be ad's for hoochie coochie dancers. Booted back up this morning and the Mac Studio is now it is functioning OK. No idea why.
