iPhone 11 Pro With All the Photo Enhancements Coming In iOS 13 and the new iPhones, Is Google Photos Still the Bes

Google Photos usually catches up to Apple but I'm wondering now with 3 cameras and a lot of on-phone editing, is Google Photos going to be best manager or will it be iCloud that also saves all edits and original photos?

Always found Apple photos superior. No need for 3rd party apps and syncs seamlessly across all my devices.

Besides iCloud, I use OneDrive photos as my main backup. All of my photos and videos automatically sync to OneDrive and I'm able to access all of the pictures across all my devices, including non apple devices.
