With headphones there is a 2 to 3 second delay until audio goes through headphones.

I am using a 2010 Macbook Pro 13". When I plug in headphones into the audio jack there is a 2 to 3 second delay before the audio redirects to the headphones. I don't think I had this issue with any other Mac's I have owned.

The audio works fine otherwise; with headphones or without.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
