With M series Macs such as the new Mac Mini M4 if I used up all 3 thunderbolt ports on the back do they share bandwidth? If I have two thunderbolt 4 NVME SSDs connected and a capture device such as the Blackmagic Design UltraStudio 3G Recorder will this slow down all devices or will all connected devices have full speed bandwidth?

I think the NVME transfer rate is going to depend upon the enclosure, but I wouldn't expect two SSDs to saturate the TB3 bus.
