Has anyone noticed any iPhone changes we weren't expecting?

Well i found a string refering to com.apple.iPhonecare, although i couldn't remember if apple and at&t had said if there were doing appleacre for the iPhone. The best place to look for now is probably over in this thread.

There were less features than I expected, I was hoping for a Convert For iPhone like they have for the apple tv and stuff but o well
