.Wma Converter

This is an odd question, but I actually need software that can take an aac or mp3 file and convert it INTO a .wma instead of the other way around - I just bought a new Razr phone and am trying to load music onto it, but it must be in the .wma format to work properly. Anyone know of some good freeware that does this?

Which RAZR is it? AFAIK, they support both MP3 and AAC.

It.s the v3m, and it does support mp3s, but only as ringtones, to play back in the media browser they have to be .wma
