WMV Plugin for Firefox?

My Girlfriend just got a macbook, and gets funny video emails everyday. I can't seem to get the WMV plugin to work. I installed Windows Media Player, and that didn't do it. It works fine on my MBP, what odvious thing am I not doing?

If I needed a UB WMV-9 codec, I would download Popwire WMV-9 Component and use it for free
