i just ordered my ipod video and a lot of video files i have are in WMV format and it wont let me put WMVs on itunes. does anyone know any programs i can use to convert these files to a itunes readable file? preferably free

you may also be able to use ffmpegX. It's free, and works well , but they do ask for a donation. I've been using it for converting wma files to mp3, but I think wmv to whatever you want is supported as well.

yeah that really sucks if it isnt 90% of my videos are in this format, som full concerts, itunes needs to support wma and wmv
 
ok i dl'ed the free trial of flip4mac and they play n quicktime now but how do i get it onto itunes now?
