Neek has an imac and an external spy
She has windows running and can shut down the m ware fusion and suspend it and it wont restart but when she goes and starts it back up or restarts it
It goes and makes her turn off both her windows parse and her mac parse. She cant use anything on her mac because she has to turn power behind off
Any ideas/solutions as to how to fix the problem
