iPod touch Wondering if 3.0 or 3.1 is included on refurb...

I was thinking about getting a refurbished 2nd gen iPod touch, and I was wondering if it comes with os 2, 3.0 or 3.1. Thanks for the help guys. ;)
 
Mine came with OS 2

I got my refurbished 8 gig 2G today. It came with OS 2.2.1. Still an awesome deal even after spending $5 more.
