I actually backed this project back when I had my 5s and it should be here soon now that I have a 6+... I didn't even plan on getting a 6+ back when I backed this but it is very similar to what you were showing...

It is removable and looks a lot nicer than what you showed though.

Thanks for the link. Was thinking of doing a diy for something like this. Would make it much easier to use it one handed without stretching too much.
