Won't accept incoming calls

I'm on a iPhone 3g with 4.2.1 software that is jailbroken and unlocked with pwnage tool. I tried it with redsnow before this and it did the same thing.

It's with the ipad BB. I don't care about GPS.

Now that I upgraded from 3.1.2 my phone won't accpet any incoming calls. Everything else works perfect. I can call out without a problem.

I've updated cydia and unlocked it with ultrasn0w. No other cydia apps are downloaded at this time. I have t-mobile by the way.



Any idea? Please.
