iPod wont import music anymore...

hey guys, i have just over 1k songs in my itunes, ad now all of a sudden, i get an error message -223 saying error converting song...... and others. unknown error -223??

i hhave tried doing what itunes help suggests but it doesnt work! is there anything i can do? also, if i uninstall it, will i loose all of those songs? thanks guys

What are you doing when the error occurs? Maybe this will help...
