got my mail working with my hotmail accounts thanks to this forum.....now it all works great except it will not let me reply or send a new email it puts the message in the outgoing box and says that the outgoing mail server timed out or something of that nature. please help a a new mac user out...thank you in advance

Your ISP probably only allows use of their outgoing server. Change your outgoing server to that of your ISP and it should work.
