So I was updating 2 "business news apps" which was taking a long time. don't know if i accidently hit a button while putting my ipod touch down but the email app started to redownload all my emails etc.

Upon that finishing i started to delete the ones off that i've read and it seemed to freeze....won't show the next email.

So i turned/powered off my Ipod touch and now it is just displaying an "endless" repeating circle line things indicating it is "thinking" you know what i mean?

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have any suggestions of what to do?

Unfortunately I had an old Samsung mp3 player that this replaced when it died ie my warrenty with bestbuy for the samsung covered the ipod touch but unfortunately no "warrenty" on the ipod touch.

I ended up allowing my Ipod touch screen to continue to stay on while it was endlessly "turning off"....eventually the battery died and upon recharging everything was ok.
