all the sudden my 2007 macbook pro wont startup. have tried everything i can find on the internet to do and still nothing. i push the power button and the light by the release latch will blink for a second and thats it. and yes the battery is good, plus installed a new battery out of another macbook pro i have, still nothing.
 
No Green or Orange light? OEM adapter? Any reset done lately. SMC, etc?
All usuallt from 85W fake chinese charger probably
 
That sounds like complete logic board death, it could be any number of things however and there is no way for anyone to tell from a description of "it doesn't work at all".

At 9 years old for a laptop you have had your money's worth it's not worth sinking any money into a computer that old, time for a new laptop.

Unless it's a "cheap fix", time to start shopping!
