iPod touch Won't sync apps.

I was jailbroken, but last night I restored legit iOS 5.1 to my iPod touch 4, and it still won't sync apps, it bitches about needing authorization, and when I restored with iCloud, it said my password had expired (I didn't even know that was possible) A few days ago I made a new user account on Windows 7, because Windows is retarded and fuc*s everything up. What should I do? I've also reinstalled iTunes, and rebuilt my iTunes library.

Hould upgradecthe site to support iOS so i can post a screenshot, i'm trying to install Facebook and Tumblr from the appstore, and it's not working, it says waiting and when i lobg hold the icon, it shows a black x and then it disappears and starts the hole thing over. And they alterbate less than a second between phases.

Everytime iTunes syncs this pops up, if I type in my password, if pops up again, completely ignoring the last time it was entered and deleting my installed from directly from the appstore app, if I cancel, it won't sync new apps.

Update, iOS won't download apps from the appstore while iTunes is auto converting ALAC to AAC @256...

I think I figured it out, when you restore from iCloud, it restores your iTunes library, and because I changed User Accounts, it's clashing.
