I tried it on my Sprint 3G and it worked excellent. I called my friends Ipad. I was on 3G, he was on WIFI at home and he told me the picture looked smooth and silky. Now I truly have a Tricorder like they had on the old StarTrek shows. LOL!!

Tested here both on 3G devices and both quality was great outdoors. :D
