I just checked on my iPad & it says it's prepared for shipment.
Did it say 3-5 days earlier? If so - that makes me feel better! Hopefully I'll get the prepared soon!

Thanks for the update! I'm travelling next Sunday and hoping that placing a 3:46am eastern order will get it to me by next weekend. Mine still says 3-5 days so I'm hoping it preps soon! I can't wait (as this is my first iPad)
