Word 2011: Adding RTL icon to the ribbon or menu bar

Hi,

I use Word 2011 on my Snow Leopard mac book pro.

Under Word 2010 on Windows there is a RTL icon on the ribbon for writing Right to Left texts (Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew).

I can't find this icon (button) on Word 2011 for Mac.
How can I add it to ribbon or menu bar?

Unfortunately, Office for Mac does not support RTL .
