Word 2011 crashes

Hey,

I was having problems with Excel 2011 crashing which seemed like maybe it was a font conflict. I removed some fonts, cleared the font caches, and rebooted. Excel seems to be OK now, but in Word, i still get more or less instant crashes with this message below. make sense to anyone?

To fix word from crashing on startup for me, I specifically needed to delete the whole folder of User's Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Office 2011
