Word 2011 for mac, table of contents

Is it possible to let word autoupdate the table of contents? if so how?

oh and if its possible to have the table of contents content all in one letter size? again if so how?

If you choose the Automatic Table of Contents, you will have to right click and select Update and it will be automatically updated. Pages, on the other hand, automatically updates every save (I believe).
