Word 2011 looks blurry, am I missing something?

Microsoft Office 2011 doesn't seem to be optimized for Retina.

I have ALL the updates, which supposedly fix the Retina problem.

Am I missing something? Is there an option I'm supposed to check?

word NOT intuitive

I just got the suite of MS for Mac 2011 and it clearly is NOT intuitive
software. I am beginning to think you need to take an 8 hour course to learn how to use it.MicroSoft Communicator wants username e mail and it would go forward ...what user name and password.? The Geeks who designed this should have their butts kicked until ....
