Recently (not always), Microsoft Word 2011 for Mac has been automatically switching my keyboard input every time I open a document. More details:
  • I use Dvorak but still have Canadian English enabled and switchable by a "ctrl+space"
  • Office for Mac 2011
  • Only Word does this (not Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
  • No other programs ever do this before.
  • Only seemed to start recently (coincides with an update maybe?)
  • When I open a document, it automatically switches from Dvorak to Canadian English and that setting will stick for all other apps until I manually switch it back.
Any thoughts on how to get it to stop doing this. It's really annoying when I've been typing in Dvorak all day, go to edit a document and end up typing: ";smd uaonpt ussv nfpp;jgk kjak ls sld ial odah"
Any help is appreciated.
