Word and Dual Displays

Hi,

I've got two 24" displays side by side. When I have one document on the main display, and another document open on the extended display and I switch to some other program (finder, safari, etc.) the word document on the extended display will shrink really small and come back onto the main display. I've attached a screenshot of the size it becomes. Anyone know what the problem is?
