The question about whether or not you want to enable or disable the macros does not indicate a virus. It simply indicates macros in a document. If you want it to stop asking you go to File/Preferences/Security and uncheck the Warn me when a file has macros box. To get rid of a virus download a 30-day trail of Intego's Virus Barrier or similar and scan your system. If you have a virus you will have to buy the software to erase it.
