I have a word document that require me to fill online and add my signature . How please? plus how do I change a word doc to previews pdf

If this is, in fact, an online form that you know for sure is a Microsoft Word document, I would suggest that you first save that document to your Mac. Then, you can do anything that you like with the document.
Assuming it is editable - modify as you need (fill in the blanks, etc.)
Choose to print.
In the print window, select save as a PDF (usually in the bottom left area of the print window)
Note - this is actually not a printing operation, but you are just saving the document as a PDF.
And, now you have the same document, both in original format, and also saved as a PDF.
Are you hoping that the final PDF will still be an editable form?
I can't tell you if your particular document will continue to be an editable form after you have changed it to a PDF.
You'll have to try that yourself. You may have better luck by creating a PDF from scratch, but if the Word doc saved as a PDF works for what you need, then that is a Good Thing™ :D I hope this helps you!

I think the usual MO is to print it out. Fill out an sign it. Then scan it.
If it needs your signature you need to scan that at some point. Might as well just scan the whole thing.

Open doc in word
Fill the document in word.
Print/open as pdf to preview
Share to mail
In mail (under yosemite or el cap) use the markup to add your digital signature
Send to destination
If in doubt, You can try by sending to self to make sure it works well
Hope it works for u
Cheers

I think your best bet is to fill in the word form if it is in fact a word doc, and then generate the pdf.
Also, what I have done in the past is to fill in online adjust the browser to the dimensions of an A4 (roughly) and take an screen shot using the tool from preview and print it to pdf (to decrease the Mb size of the file) and then carry on with the share to mail and markup tool...

See if this works
