Word for Mac 2011 - Fill Color

I want to add fill color to a table, and am following Microsoft's instructions (see below). However, under my Format tab, I find no "Shape Styles" option. (see below) Insights? Thank you!

I am not 100% sure that this is what you're looking for, but it seems to be to my eyes. Under the Format Menu, that Borders and Shading... option is what you want to click, from there click the Shading tab and you'll find what you're looking for. You can also take it a step further and customize by cell rather than just the full table. Hope this helps
