Word Issue After El Capitan Upgrade

Since "upgrading" to El Capitan Word shuts down whenever I try to Insert Comment. Which is a problem, since I edit a lot of things.

Also, if I have a document open, as soon as I try to open another it shuts the first document down.

Anyone know how to fix?

What version of word were you using before you upgraded? What version are you using now?
