In MS Word for Windows, when you're viewing a document in "Page layout" view, you can double click on the space between the bottom of one page and the top of the next to make the margins and gap disappear. You can still see the footnotes at the bottom of each page. Seems this can't be done in the Mac version of Word? Switching to "normal" view makes footnotes disappear. :(
Hints?
 
try the "online layout" view? i don't have any footnotes in any docs on hand to try with real quick

edit: nevermind, doesn't work...

odd. that its not possible.
