Hi there, I was wondering if someone might be able to help.
I produce a lot of documents each day that i send to clients. I would like to start sending them as a PDF.

Basically I have a document that acts as template that is in word .docx format. I want to make the changes of this document and then save as both a PDF and a Docx file automatically. i.e not have to save as one and then save as another.

Might this be an option in automator? I could live with saving as a word doc and then dragging over some sort of widget to save as a PDF or something...

Anyone have any ideas to make this process as smooth as possible?

Thanks for the reply it's much appreciated. Can you expand a little on your thinking?

You can record a macro, Do a save as for docx and then do a save as for pdf. Then edit the macro as you see fit.
