You don't describe how your are making the PDF but you may be making it more difficult than need be.

In any application you can create a PDF document by using Print - PDF (look in lower left corner of print dialogue box) and select - Save to PDF.

The Document is a book 5.5x8.5, 180 Pages. Then I save it as a PDF.

When the PDF is complete, It show Page 1 & 2 on the same side??

That makes no sense to me. What do you mean, "on the same side?" A picture would be helpful.

In Word, you must make sure the paper size is set to "half sheet" in the Page Setup.

In Word I goto File> save as> PDF

Don't do that. Microsoft is notoriously bad at anything related to images or PDFs. Let your Mac generate the PDF instead of Word. File > Print > Save as PDF (or Open PDF in Preview.

Yes. Something isn't set right in Word. Check you Page Setup, paper size, etc.

I agree with ChaBig -- it's a Word problem. It looks like you might be using columns and they are simply too long for the page height that you've selected. Is everything you want to print visible in Word? It needs to be; if it is not, then you have the problem I've described.

Just for giggles, why are you using 5.5" x 8.5"?
