Word wont stay open for more than 10 seconds

So i just installed the 12.1.2 update and now when i launch word it crashes within 10 seconds and gives an error

Did you remove extra languages then apply the last update? If so, you need to completely reinstall Office, and don't use a program like xSlimmer on it.

I had something similar after an update. I had to delete the .plist and then it asked me to retype my serial #. After, all was well.
